At Buckwells, all our pork is free range*. By using traditional, slow-growing pig breeds that are suited to outdoor living, our suppliers are able to produce fine succulent pork, with a superior flavour.

All our barn-reared chickens conform to the UK’s Assured Chicken Production standards (Red Tractor).

Our traditional white turkeys are raised in spacious barns with natural light, ventilation & straw bales.

We also supply a wide range of game including pheasant, rabbit, wood pigeon and venison.

The classic British banger is held in high esteem at Buckwells. We supply a wide range of both traditional recipes such as Classic Pork and chipolatas and specials which might contain anything from venison to tomato, and honey to leeks.

Why not try something different?

Buckwells Lamb is locally reared, within Hampshire*. All our lamb is chosen according to a strict selection process to ensure it is succulent and tender. This free range meat is produced to higher standards than required by law with a supply chain which is fully assured and independently inspected at every stage from farm to meat counter.

Our delicious meat pies are all hand-made, here in the shop*. With a wide range of tasty fillings and rich crust pastry, you can be sure of a tasty and filling meal.
